- Secure meeting rail — Interlocking rails with a cam lock plus an automatic spring-loaded latch on the upper sash.

- Strong interlocking rails for structural performance, with a cam lock at the meeting rail and an extruded automatic spring-loaded latch lock on the upper sash.
- Additional aluminum tilt pivot lock to secure sash meeting rails closed or in an open vent position.
- Each sash rides on a 5/8" spiral tilt balance in aluminum for consistent, uniform operation across the full travel range.
- Self-lubricating sash balances attached to the mainframe by nylon pivot shoes hold the sash stationary at any position.
- 3 1/4" frame jamb depth; custom sizes from 18"–48" (W) x 20"–72" (H).
